All athletes are required to complete online paperwork each school year to participate in Athletics. Rank One also allows families and spectators to view athletics schedules and online forms.

• All athletes must have a physical, and medical history and all electronic forms completed before participating in an athletics class, practice, or event.

• Physical forms must be turned in to the Athletic Department staff.

• If you have any questions or concerns, please feel to contact the Athletic Department or Athletic Coach.

ALL ATHLETES WILL NEED A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO START THE SEASON.  FOOTBALL, VOLLEYBALL AND CROSS COUNTRY SHOULD HAVE THEIRS BY AUGUST 1.
